She has also lead workshops and dream circles for 17 years in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina.

Currently, she is serving as the board president of the Triangle Interfaith Alliance.
In this capacity, she creates programs and activities to bring the very diverse faith
communities of the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area together for dialog, education and service.

"Interfaith work has become a real passion for me since my ordination.  I live in a very spiritually diverse area of North Carolina. Just in the past year, I have noticed a new openness to interfaith activities. We are moving into an amazing time of becoming conscious to the idea that we have much to learn from each other.  One of the reasons that I chose to become an Interfaith minister was because, I think the only way to peace in the world is through religious understanding.

Our interfaith community here, Triangle Interfaith Alliance, is embarking on what we are calling, "The Age of Compassion", beginning this fall.  Using Karen Armstrong's book, 12 Steps to a Compassionate Life, we are creating community activities highlighting each step. Based on the Golden Rule being a part of every religion since Confucianism, we are highlighting this as the basis of all our activities. We will be working with college students, elementary schools and the wider community as we move forward.  Our new website should be active by September, www.interfaith-nc.org. Follow our progress and subscribe to our newsletter."
