Rev. Elizabeth Stamper

Elizabeth Hess Stamper, LMHC, is in private practice in Florida as a psychotherapist specializing in relationships, intentional living and spiritual awakening. She has a Master's degree in counseling from NOVA Southeastern University, and has been a student of meditation and yoga since 1972. In her work with individuals and with groups, in classes and retreats, Elizabeth weaves together breathwork, energy healing, storytelling, meditation and spiritual practices from ancient traditions. She is a prayer chaplain trainer for Unity churches and a member of the local Zen center. She is also the author of a well-received book on spiritual relationships (Believing In Love) and two meditation cd’s. Elizabeth lives with her beloved husband, Michael (also a CHI graduate) and spends as much time as possible with her amazing kids and the best grandkid ever. For her work in helping to create and promote community, Elizabeth was given the “Heart of the Community” award by the Brevard Chapter of Conscious Living Partnership. Her poetry has appeared in national and international magazines, e-zines and the inbox of everyone she knows!
