Lilliana received her call to ministry while caring for the dying as a hospice volunteer through the Zen Hospice Project in San Francisco, CA. She holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the California Institute of Integral
Studies (CIIS) also in SF. A first generation Croatian-American from an immigrant, working-class, devoutly Roman Catholic community in NYC, it was these surroundings that first informed her spiritually. Today, she draws deeply upon the wisdom and spirituality of a loving Twelve Step community which has sustained and nurtured her for the past 15 years.
Love of theology, music, ritual, nature and the healing arts are what brought Lilliana to ChI, and she looks forward to using the skills and insights she has gained to fashion a dynamic Interfaith ministry for healing and social change. She dedicates her ministry to her nieces/nephew: Lena Fiora, Anjelica Rose and Dean Michael, and to all our relations…
