Personal Reflections on Interfaith Theology

Newsletter Issue:
December 2008

I believe in one Divine source that is all goodness and love. I believe there are many paths to this one loving light.

No matter the name, we are all connected to the Beloved—all the stars, rocks, tress, animals and beings.

God is within all of us, and we are a part of Spirit—just as the Divine is within all things.

God is all, in all things, of all things.

We are all one, and our connection is all-encompassing and beyond description.

This interconnection with the Divine enables us to co-create with God, who is our ever-present source of all things good.

We are all one, ever in process, co-creating with Spirit.

There are many paths to one God,
many names to the one God of us all.

God is without gender, without form, and ever present.

God is infinite. God, Spirit, Braham, Atman, Allah, Buddha, Kwan Yin, the Beloved, You, Me, the Yogi, Mother Mary, Kali. It.

God is. It is mind, body, spirit and all that is good. All that is and will be is God.

As a result, my relationship with the Divine is up close and personal. I find the Divine in everything, including within me, in all that I do, and in what others do.

My thoughts and feelings are connections with the Divine.

God is the past, the present and the future, beyond space and time.

The Divine is the never-ending source of all things.

There is no beginning, nor is there an end to Spirit.
